Refund Policy

All goods sold are original manufacturer item, locally distributed covered with local warranty based on the local manufacturer’s standard. Once a process of sale has started, there will be no refund unless if there are evident of the item sold is not an original item.

Insurance can be provided upon request of delivery in case of item broken or lost during delivery. Please contact us to enquire for it before your order is made.

All products under warranties are mostly depot warranty but an arrangement may be made for collection based on agreed terms and condition.
